Love your trendy summer shoes but hate the high price?

While you could spend a couple of hundred dollars on the latest style, you could also save hundreds of dollars. An easy way to stay on budget is to wear an older style or buy from a resale marketplace.

If you’re not familiar with resale sites such as Poshmark, Vinted, or eBay, allow me to introduce you to them. (I have sold on Vinted, but have no affiliation with them and they are not paying me for their inclusion.)

Poshmark is a popular online resale market. Products range from clothing (men, women, and children) to electronics, shoes, and jewelry.

Vinted is another online resale marketplace, started in Lithuania. Sellers offer a wide selection: name-brand fashion, shoes, luxury handbags, and more!

The original, though, is eBay. eBay has been around in some form since 1995. You can buy almost anything on eBay, even a car. Get your clothes and car, all at once.

Now, let’s check out my sneaker loves for this summer.

I am obsessed with these Nike Free RN in Wolf Grey 2018. Were they released this year? No. But do they look perfect for a sporty casual summer this year? Absolutely.

Several sites sell these at a discounted rate – A Poshmark seller lists them for $35.

I also love these Skechers Wedge sneakers (Skechers x Mark Nason Hands Free Slip-ins: Triple Wedge Milee Wedge Slip-On Sneaker). Whew! What a long name! These comfy shoes slip right on, have some bling, and are right on trend for summer shoes.

I picture myself wearing these to a sports game in ripped shorts and my favorite jersey. That sounds like the perfect summer outfit idea to me.

And while you could pay $95 for these from Skechers, you can find similar styles at Poshmark or eBay for under $50!

Last is the Puma Club II Era Sneaker.

I bought these last summer, but the style is still popular - Sporty yet casual shoes are everywhere right now. And, since PUMA makes variations of this style in multiple colors and designs, you can mix and match. I found a seller on Vinted offering the same pair for $45, while Amazon sells them for $65.

However, if you have wide feet, these may not be comfortable as the toe box is narrow.
