ARIH vs. Bubbl’r: My Honest Review

I am a Bubbl’r girl. Loyal. Devoted. Orange Dream Freez’r in hand as if its an emotional support drink. I drink one in the morning and one in the afternoon because… life.

But two weeks ago, I tried ARIH’s Postbiotic Energy Drink on a whim, the Tropical Wave flavor, and listen… I did not expect to betray my beloved Bubbl’r. Yet here we are.

This is my official comparison. Bubbl’r vs. ARIH, based on nutrition, price, flavor, and my experience trying all flavors from both brands.

Nutrition: What’s Inside?

Bubbl’r:

Bubbl’r markets itself as “bubbles with benefits.” According to the brand, each can includes:

  • 450 mcg Vitamin A (50% DV)

  • B‑vitamins including B3, B5, B6, and B12 for energy and mood support

  • 0g sugar, no artificial sweeteners, instead sweetened with stevia + erythritol

  • Naturally sourced caffeine (69 mg per can) from guarana seed extract

  • Low glycemic, gluten‑free, soy‑free, vegan

The lower caffeine amount is due to Bubbl'r being an antioxidant sparkling water drink. It is not an energy drink.

ARIH:

ARIH is a postbiotic energy drink. This means it includes ingredients meant to support gut health and reduce caffeine jitters. According to ARIH:

  • Botanical extracts like black garlic, goji berry, and ginseng, all potentially providing antioxidants

  • 0g sugar, no artificial sweeteners, instead sweetened with Steviol Glycosides + monk fruit

  • 100 mg natural caffeine from coffee beans + guarana

  • Light carbonation and designed for “steady focus without a crash”

Winner: ARIH. If you need a caffeine pick-me-up, with the benefit of functional ingredients, ARIH takes it.

Price: Which One Is Kinder to Your Wallet?

Current Bubbl’r Price:

  • $6.47 for a 6‑pack at Wal-Mart (≈ $1.07 per can)

Current ARIH Price:

  • $8.77 for a 4‑pack at Walmart (≈ $2.19 per can); Singles run around $1.97 each

Winner: Bubbl’r. If you’re drinking two a day like I was… your bank account will absolutely notice the difference.

Flavor: The Real Reason We’re All Here

Bubbl’r Flavor Experience:

My forever favorite: Orange Dream Freez’r. It tastes like someone carbonated a creamsicle-delicious! While the drink is sweet, all flavors are light.

ARIH Flavor Experience:

My current favorite: Tropical Wave. I think this flavor tastes like a tropical fruit drink. It is also less sweet than other ARIH flavors and is a bit more substantial than sparkling water or Bubbl’r.

Winner: Tie (but leaning ARIH) If you want light + refreshing → Bubbl’r. If you want flavor + energy + a little oomph → ARIH.

I fully expected to try ARIH once and go back to my Bubbl’r routine. But… I didn’t. I actually prefer ARIH now.

Why?

  • The caffeine level is perfect — not too much, not too little

  • The Tropical Wave flavor hits exactly right

  • And sometimes, a change happens that you didn’t know you needed!

Bubbl’r will always have a place in my heart (and fridge), but ARIH has officially taken the top shelf spot.

So, which one are you addicted to?
